🎯 Core responsibilities
You’ll own and scale our performance marketing efforts across Meta and new channels like Google, YouTube, referrals, and partnerships. You’ll build and optimise landing pages and quizzes, run conversion experiments, and track LTV:CAC to guide budgeting decisions. You'll lead creative testing (copy and video), shape messaging and positioning, and work cross-functionally with customer service and product to ensure sustainable growth. As we scale, you’ll also help build and lead a team of specialists.
